By accessing or using EVISITA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
EVISITA provides a platform to create, manage, and share digital business cards. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 16 years old to use EVISITA.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Multiple accounts may be created for legitimate business purposes on paid plans.
You agree not to use EVISITA to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to EVISITA (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant EVISITA a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in USD. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Free trials: where offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
EVISITA and its original content (excluding your uploaded content) remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the EVISITA platform or its branding without permission.
When you create a business card and share its link publicly, that card's content is accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the information you choose to make public.
EVISITA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVISITA's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforceable, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of EVISITA after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you by email for material changes.
